BEHIND THE MUSIC
the war must never stop
The band recorded several demos in our early years that circulated throughout the underground scene. With no streaming platforms, polished releases, or easy access to music... limited copies were passed around, duplicated, and copied until they became underground artifacts.
There were new songs we wanted to take into the studio, along with getting some of our old demos recorded as well. We took our songs to Dog Run Studios in Riverside, CA where they were brought to life and in 2020 we had our first studio album being played all over the world!
We released two singles in 2026, "Leave 'Em Alone" and "Boneheads". In present day, the band is active and planning more independent recordings and releases in the future. The War must never stop!
"It was an honor and a privilege to get to record the Goon's Army's full album, "86'd Battalion" and prepare them for the ultimate battle of world domination"

"Goon's Army is more than just a punk rock band - it's an adventure with multimedia, a back story, characters and an appreciation for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles"
